摘要
“富士康问题”的实质是现代组织人的生存危机问题。此危机已不仅仅局限在组织人的工作方式中,它已成为一种不能逃避的生活方式。它是社会发展过程中出现的问题。而“集体的力量是最能遏制自杀的障碍之一”。它在本质是一种被纳入正式组织的“非正式组织”关系。它指向一种具有积极效用的意识形态,是一种“存在式自由”。它对解决富士康问题给予一种可能性期许。
The "Foxconn Case" is in essence the survival crisis of the modern "organization man". This crisis is not only limited to the working way of the "organization man", but become an unavoidable way of life, which arises in the course of social development. The strength of group is one of the most effective forces to restrain suicide. It is essentially an "informal organization" included in the formal organization which points to an ideology of positive effect and offers a kind of "existence freedom." It gives a possibility to solve the ' Foxconn Problem'.
