两种空气消毒方法对心脏导管室接台手术空气消毒效果比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较紫外线灯照射和动态空气净化器两种方法对心脏导管室接台手术空气消毒效果.方法分别用两种方法对导管室空气进行消毒,在导管室第一台手术消毒前、后,连台手开始前,连台手术开始后30min、60 min、120 min分别进行采样和细菌计数.结果两种方法对手术前心脏导管室空气均有较好的消毒效果,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种方法对空气中的微生物杀灭率均在80%以上.连台手术开始后30 min,两种方法比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);连台手术开始60 min,两种方法比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);连台手术开始120 min,两种方法比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论持续应用动态空气净化器对导管室空气消毒效果好,以缩短手术间隔时间,是心脏导管室空气消毒的理想方法. Objective To compare the efficacy of ultraviolet rays and dynamic air purifying machine for air disinfection in the consecutively occupied heart interventional operating room.Methods Different air disinfection methods were performed in heart interventional operating room.Sampling and bacteria counting were taken before sterilization,after-sterilization of the first operation and before the continuous operations,30 min,60 min,120 min during the continuous operations.Results Two methods had good disinfection effect before the surgery in heart interventional operating room,and there was no significant difference between the both methods(P〉0.05).The kill ratio of microbes of the two methods was over 80%.There was no significant difference between the two methods 30min during the continuous operations(P〉0.05).There was a significant difference between the two methods 60min during the continuous operations(P〈0.01).There was a significant difference between the both methods 120 min during the continuous operations(P〈0.05).Conclusion Continuous use of dynamic air disinfector has the best sterilizing effect on the heart interventional operating room,can shorten the interval time of operations,and is the optimal air disinfection method.
