彩色多谱勒超声在肝移植术后肝动脉狭窄中的应用体会 被引量：1

摘要 肝移植术后肝动脉狭窄（hepatic arterystenosis,HAS）是肝移植术后最严重的血管并发症之一,也是引起移植病人死亡或导致再次肝移植的重要原因之一.因此,提高对HAS的认识及早期作出诊断具有极其重要的意义.超声检查具有无创、简便、可动态观察的优点,并且对血流动力学的检测有着自身的优势,是肝移植手术中肝动脉重要的检查评估方法.我院自1999年至2005年间,共施行50余例肝移植术,其中发生肝动脉狭窄1例,现报道如下.
