摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶-燃烧法在700℃和较短的煅烧时间下制备了钙钛矿结构的BaZrO3纳米晶,对产物进行不同摩尔浓度的Eu3+、Dy3+掺杂,并对产物的发光性质进行了研究。结果表明:Eu3+掺杂的BaZrO3样品具有5D0→7F1(595 nm)和5D0-7F2(615 nm)的强电子吸收,且在Eu3+掺杂摩尔浓度为5%附近达到最高值。Dy3+掺杂的BaZrO3样品分别在575 nm和480 nm两处有强的黄光和蓝光发射,摩尔浓度1.0%处为最佳的Dy3+掺杂浓度。
The BaZrO3 nanopowder composed of perovskite was prepared by using sol-gel combustion method under 700 ℃.Meanwhile,the products was studied on the luminescent properties with different concentrations of Eu3+ and Dy3+-doped.The results show that BaZrO3 powder exhibits good luminescent feature and the Eu3+-doped samples exhibit strong orange-red light emission between 590~630 nm.Furthermore,the luminescent density reaches the maximum value in the 5% density of Eu3+-doped.However,the Dy3+-doped sample shows strong yellow and blue light emission in 575 nm and 480 nm respectively.Moreover,the optimal density is in 1.0% Dy3+-doped with no clear density quenching.
