Application of Oriental Systems Methodology to Tunnel Safety Assessments

摘要 针对企业安全评价过程中缺少方法论指导的现状,本文运用东方系统方法论,分析了企业安全评价的体系,探讨了企业安全评价在物理、事理和人理阶段的选取机理和一般过程,提出了应用东方系统方法论指导企业安全评价的基本思路,并探索该方法论在企业安全评价中的指导作用。最后用模糊安全评价法,以铁路隧道安全评价为实施对象,验证了东方系统方法论在指导企业安全评价中的适用性和有效性。 For enterprise safety assessments,a reasonable methodology is needed to guide the safety evaluations.This paper analyzed the main viewpoints,principles,assessment systems,and the selection of safety assessment methods in the steps by the oriental systems methodology.A method used to guide the safety assessments is advised.According to the analysis of a lot of the applications based on the oriental systems methodology,the exactness of applying the oriental systems methodology to guide the safety assessments is verified.Finally the feasibility of the methodology is analyzed and validated by the safety assessment of railway tunnel.
