摘要
以乙苯为选择性溶液,制备嵌段共聚物聚苯乙烯-聚4-乙烯吡啶(PS-b-P4VP)的自组装胶束。通过铜离子与P4VP的络合作用,原位还原获得了胶束负载铜纳米粒子催化体系。通过透射电镜分析,在胶束的核内获得了2~3 nm铜纳米粒子。检验了胶束负载铜纳米粒子催化氧气氧化乙苯的反应,探讨了温度、时间对催化反应的影响,以及反应后催化剂的脱附情况。结果表明:PS-b-P4VP胶束附载铜纳米粒子催化剂具有较高的催化活性,反应后铜纳米粒子与胶束结合紧密。
The micelles was firstly prepared by self-assembled poly(styrene)-block-poly(4-vinylpyridine)(PS-b-P4VP) in selective solution of ethylbenzene.The Cu2+ was inserted into the micelles core by complex of P4VP and Cu2+.Copper nanopartices were subsequently obtained by loading Cu nanoparticle onto micelles catalyst system through site reduction.The size of Cu nanoparticles in the micelle core is 2~3 nm by transmission electron microscope.Micelles-copper nanoparticles were applied in the catalytic oxidation of ethylbenzene to acetophenone with molecular oxygen as oxidant.The effects of various factors on the catalytic oxidation were studied,such as reaction temperature,reaction time.The catalyst desorption after reaction was researched.The experiment results show that PS-b-P4VP micelles attached by Cu nanoparticles catalyst have high catalytic activity.
