摘要
针对棉织物姜黄染料直接染色表面色深度(K/S值)低、染色牢度差的问题,利用壳聚糖与2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵制备壳聚糖季铵盐阳离子改性剂对棉织物进行改性。通过单因素和正交实验,确定改性后棉织物姜黄染料染色最优工艺为:在浴比为1∶40条件下,姜黄染料用量为7.5%(owf)、染色温度为50℃、染色时间为30 min。经改性后的棉色织物皂洗牢度、摩擦牢度较未改性棉织物普遍提高了0.5~1级,达到了Oeko-TexStandard 100标准要求。
In view of the low color depth(K/S value)and poor color fastness of natural dye curcumin on cotton fabrics,the chitosan quaternary ammonium salts cationic modification agent was prepared from chitosan and(2,3-Epoxypropyl) trimethylammonium chloride and applied to the cotton fabrics.The dyeing processes of curcumin on modified cotton fabrics were optimized by single and orthogonal factors tests,with 1∶40 of dyeing liquor ratio,7.5%(owf) of usage of curcumin,50 ℃ for 30 min.The fastness to washing with soap and the colour fastness to rubbing of modified cotton fabrics were improved 0.5~1 grade than unmodified cotton fabrics and meet to the standard of Oeko-TexStandard 100.
