规则环锭纺竹节纱竹节倍率参数的回归分析法

Regress Analysis of Slub Amplitude of Ring Spun Regular Slub Yarn

为了研究纺竹节纱时,实际竹节倍率比理论倍率大很多的问题,将规则竹节纱样品经摇黑板机、扫描仪及MatLab7.1软件形成连续竹节纱直径信号波动图像。根据基纱和竹节部分分界位置判定条件,获得连续10个周期竹节、基纱的直径,由竹节倍率定义计算倍率实际值,采用一元线性回归方程研究实际竹节倍率和理论倍率的关系。结果表明,两者相关系数r为0.987 6,竹节实际倍率和理论倍率是高度相关的,可以作为以后参考使用。

In order to research the problem which the slub amplitude was bigger in practice than in theory when slub yarn was spinning,continuous slub yarn diameters signals image of ring spun regular slub yarn was formed through yarn eveness tester,scanner and MatLab 7.1 software.According to the dividing condition between basic parts and slub parts,continuous 10 period slub and basic′s diameters were got,and slub amplitude value in practice based on definition of slub amplitude was calculated,also using unitary linear regression equation the relationship between slub amplitude in practice and in theory was researched.The result showed that related coefficient between slub amplitude in practice and in theory was 0.9876,both of them highly correlated,which could be able to use in the future as the reference.
