摘要
以阜阳市西湖调节水库生态建设为例,提出了生态水利工程建设原则,并从规划、设计、建设等方面给出了相应的生态水利工程建设思路。
Taking the ecological construction of regulating reservoir-West Lake in Fuyang City as example,the paper puts forward the principle of ecological water conservancy project,and corresponding ecological engineering construction ideas are given from some aspects such as planning,design,construction and so on.
