复方黄柏液对尖锐湿疣激光术后伤口愈合的影响

Effect of fufanghuangbai liquor on patients with condyloma acuminatum after treatment of CO_2 laser

目的观察复方黄柏液对尖锐湿疣激光术后伤口愈合的影响。方法 80例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用复方黄柏液湿敷创面14 d,分别观察术后4、7、14 d伤口愈合情况。结果治疗组术后4、7、14 d总有效率分别为40.0%、62.5%、97.5%,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方黄柏液有利于尖锐湿疣CO2激光术后创面愈合,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the efficacy of fufanghuangbai liquor on patients with condyloma acuminatum（CA）after treatment of CO2 laser.Methods 80 patients with CA were randomly divided into treatment group（n=40）and control group（n=40）.The control group was treated by routine therapy,while the treatment group was treated with fufanghuangbai liquor for 14 d on the basis of routine therapy.The healing degree was observed on the 4 th,7 th,and 14 th day after treatment in both groups.Results The effective rates on the 4 th,7 th,and 14 th day after treatment were 40.0%,62.5% and 97.5% respectively in treatment group,which were significantly superior to those of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Fufanghuangbai liquor has good effect on patients with CA after treatment of CO2 laser without obvious side effect.
