摘要
本文给出基于SERCOS接口的数控系统的运动控制器主站设计,阐述了运动控制器的软硬件平台的设计方案,并分析了SoftSERCANS主要参数的配置。同时,针对前后台数据处理的实时性差异,给出了共享内存的通讯任务实现。
A master motion controller based on SERCOS bus interface is given in the paper,describes the hardware and software platform for motion controller,then The configuration of the SoftSERCANS parameters is anlysised.Simultaneously,in order to resolve the questions of real-time data processing,implementation of shared memory communication tasks is also given here.
