投诉数据智能挖掘分类管理系统 被引量:4

摘要 本系统依靠中文文本挖掘技术、计算机人工智能算法等当前多种前沿技术来实现非标准化样本的智能挖掘,通过对中国移动10086投诉工单的智能分析与热点问题排序,实现快速的自动化故障分析、批量投诉及时监控预警、系统BUG热点问题跟踪分析等,准确指明后台支撑维护资源的流向,保障有限的支撑资源准确地投入到主要矛盾的解决过程中,为中国移动广西公司客户的满意度指标提升提供有力的支撑。
