中药灌肠Ⅰ号灌肠液中促渗剂的选择 被引量:2

摘要 目的:确定中药抗溃疡性结肠炎生物黏附剂中所选用促渗剂的种类及其用量。方法:采用大鼠在体灌流模型处理灌肠液,并采用HPLC法测定秦皮甲素在灌肠液中的含量。结果:0.5%,1%,2%,3%,4%,5%的薄荷脑作为促渗剂时,秦皮甲素的吸收度分别为0.015 742,0.022 566,0.016 520,0.014 586,0.012 946,0.012 818μg.mL-1.cm-1;0.5%,1%,2%,3%,4%,5%的冰片作为促渗剂时,秦皮甲素的吸收度为0.015 664,0.016 067,0.013 753,0.012 597,0.011 899,0.011 449μg.mL-1.cm-1。结论:薄荷脑和冰片对灌肠Ⅰ号中秦皮甲素都有较强的促渗透作用,1%薄荷脑及1%冰片对秦皮甲素的促透作用最明显。两药比较,薄荷脑的促透效果更强。 Objective: To investigate the variety and proportion in prescription of the penetrating agent in the preparation of clysters No.1 for the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:The injiciatur enema was collected in the rat perfusion model in vivo.The content of aesculin in the injiciatur enema was assayed by HPLC.Results: The absorbabilities of aesculin were 0.015 742,0.022 566,0.016 520,0.014 586,0.012 946 and 0.012 818 μg·mL-1·cm-1 when concentrations of menthol were 0.5%,1%,2%,3%,4% and 5% respectively.The absorbabilities of aesculin were 0.015 664,0.016 067,0.013 753,0.012 597,0.011 899 and 0.011 449 μg·mL-1·cm-1 respectively,when the concentrafions of borneol were 0.5%,1%,2%,3%,4% and 5%.Conclusion:Menthol crystal and borneol could be selected as penetrating agent in clysters No.1,1% menthol or 1% borneol had the strongest effect as penetrating agent selected in all concentrations in this experiment.The penetrating effect of menthol was better than that of borneol.
