医院血液透析机绩效评价指标体系的构建探讨

Construction of an evaluation index system for performance of hemodialysis machine in hospital

目的:对医院血液透析机的合理配置和充分利用及所能产生的价值进行探索。方法:通过对血液透析机管理的全生命周期的研究,用科学的方法,综合考虑相关的各种因素,确定若干指标组成合理的绩效评价指标体系,建立绩效评价模型。结果:经过分析研究,对增强医疗设备综合绩效管理的可操作性,干预手段的有效运用进行探讨,基本构建了一个科学、完善的血液透析机的绩效评价指标体系。结论:通过绩效评价指标体系,将医疗设备科学合理地应用到临床,可以减少卫生资源浪费,提高医疗设备管理水平。

Objective：To explore the rational allocation and make full use of hospital hemodialysis machine and to explore the value that can be derived. Methods：A performance evaluation model was established by studying the life cycle management of hemodialysis machine,using scientific methods,considering all factors relevant to determine the composition of a reasonable number of indicators of performance evaluation index system.Results：After analysis,medical equipment for enhancing the operability of integrated performance management and the effective use of interventions has been explored.A scientific and perfect performance evaluation system of blood dialysis machines has been built basically. Conclusion：By using the performance evaluation system,medical equipment will be applied to the clinical scientifically and reasonably,the waste of health resources will be reduced,the level of medical equipment management will be improved.
