摘要
本文综合分析了香菇在各种因素(水、酸、碱、复合酶)的影响下菌多糖的提取率,筛选出较佳的提取工艺,最大限度地保持香菇中所含有的多糖物质对人体的抗肿瘤的保健作用。
New process was proposed to improve the traditional process, Analyse in lentinula edodes infcuenced amylos extraction technology by diversified factor-water, acidity, alkati, multi-enzyme .Screen out extraction technics in order to keep amylos hygienical function prevent knub.
