青藤碱对炎症性肠病中肠道免疫炎症影响的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 炎症性肠病(IBD)患者肠道免疫炎症反应异常,影响和调控肠道免疫炎性反应是其治疗方法之一.现已证明青藤碱(SN)可以通过抑制淋巴细胞增殖,影响免疫细胞功能,减少炎症介质生成,平衡细胞因子的分泌等多个环节来抑制机体免疫炎症反应.本文从IBD免疫发病机制入手,总结了目前SN对机体免疫功能影响方面的研究进展,为寻求SN调控肠道免疫炎症来治疗IBD提供参考. Intestinal immune inflammatory response is abnormal in patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Control of intestinal immune inflam-matory response represents one of the methods for treatment of IBD.It has been proved that sinomenine(SN)can inhibit lymphocyte proliferation,regulate immune cell function,reduce inflammation mediator production,modulate cytokine secretion,and thereby suppress the immune inflammatory response.This article gives an overview of the role of the immune response in the pathogenesis of IBD and summarizes the recent advances in understanding the effect of SN on intestinal immune inflammation in IBD,seeking to provide a new reference for the treatment of IBD.
