西罗莫司对T淋巴细胞分化发育的影响 被引量:1

摘要 西罗莫司(SRI。)最初作为低毒性的抗真菌药物,于1977年被发现具有免疫抑制作用,1989年开始将SRL用于预防器官移植后排斥反应。由于SRL在预防排斥反应中的疗效显著,不良反应较少,现在已广泛应用于各种器官移植。SRL不仅能抑制T淋巴细胞的分化发育,而且能够诱导效应性T淋巴细胞转化为调节性T淋巴细胞(Treg细胞),在体内外能明显扩增CD46+CD25^+Treg细胞。由于体内CD4^+CD25^+Treg细胞含量较少,体外扩增困难,限制了对其特征与功能的进一步研究。因此,如何在体内外有效扩增CD4^+CD25^+Treg细胞,并保持其表型与抑制功能,
