摘要
"无为而治"是老子提出的关于社会管理的重要命题。从科学的管理机制上看,该命题与现代的自组织管理模式具有通约性,从自组织理论分析老子的"无为而治"思想,可以为理解老子的管理思想提供一个新的视角。
Governing by non - interference was an important proposition of social management raised by Lao Zi. From the perspective of scientific management mechanism, this proposition is commensurable with modern self - organization management mode. The analysis of Lao Zi＇ s idea of governing by non - interference based on self - organization theory may provide a new visual angle for understanding Lao Zi＇s management ideas.
