低碳之风势不可挡,企业作为生态环境的主要影响者和低碳经济的主要参与者,在这场革命中承担着重要的低碳经济推行之责任。企业实行低碳经济既是其发展的需要,也是其履行社会责任的使命。但如何使其较快适应低碳经济的发展,更需要法律的制约和保障。我国在企业推行低碳经济方面无专门立法和强有力的配套法规,相关的经济刺激、公众参与、信息披露等规定也存在不足,需不断完善,为企业发展低碳经济保驾护航。

There is a strong trend of low carbon which can not be halted now. As one of the chief influential factor of ecological environment and the primary actor of low carbon economics, enterprises undertake the great responsibility to promote low carbon economics which is the need of their development and also the mission to enforce the social responsibility. The rapid adaptation to low carbon economics needs the restriction and protection of the law. Now in our country there is no special legislation and forceful corresponding law and regulation for enterprises to promote low carbon economics. There are shortcomings in relevant rules about economic stimulation, public participation, and information announcement and they need improving so as to give protection for low carbon economics.
