China Women＇s University （CWU）, the first State-run institute of higher learning exclusively for women in China, and which is affiliated with the All-China Women＇s Federation （ACWF） and administered by the Ministry of Education, held the launch ceremony for its second CPC （Communist Party of China） Congress in Beijing on April 28.
