提高国产毛纺精梳机产量的研究

RESEARCH ON THE OUTPUT INCREASING OF THE WOOL COMBING MACHINE

对毛纺精梳机圆梳钢针工作角的大小进行了分析，用不同角度的钢针针条进行了上机试验，结果表明，采用双角度（齿尖角和齿根角不等）的针条其梳理效能较好，并且产量亦可大幅度提高。

Analyses the magnitude of the working angles of the wires on the wool combing cylinder and makes experiments with different kinds of wire bars. It has been show that the combing effect of the wire bars with two different angles is better than others and the output of the machine can be increasesd within a large extent.
