通过对不同捻度下空气变形丝缝纫线的性能的比较,研究了捻度对改善线体结构和表面状态所起的积极作用。提出了捻度赋予线体具有“夹持效应”
In fact, air jet textured yarn can be directly used in sewing thread if it has good tensile properties in the case of phisical index, but it is not true. we discussed and analysed the effect of twists on an improvement of the sewing thread structure and its surface characteristics by comparing the sewing thread mechanical properties in different twists, and a new concept “twist clamp effect” was given.
