摘要
经过国内外学者的共同探索和努力,重症急性胰腺炎的治疗理念日趋完善,疗效有显著提高,尤其是内镜和微创技术的广泛应用,带来了重症急性胰腺炎治疗策略上的变化.但仍面临着巨大的历史挑战如何进一步规范重症急性胰腺炎的治疗,提高救治成功率,同时真正规范地开展相关临床科研,提高该领域的研究质量。
Through the efforts of scholars worldwide the principles and efficacy of the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis have been improved markedly. The treatment strategy of severe acute pancreatitis alters with the wide application of endoscopic and minimal invasive therapeutic techniques, and it still faces an unprecedented historical challenge. Great effort should be made to improve the status of treatment of severe acute pancreatitis as well as the related clinical study for improving the quality of investigation.
