IL-17及其受体与肝脏疾病的关系 被引量:4

摘要 IL-17是新近发现的一种由新定义的T细胞亚型——Th17细胞分泌的细胞因子,其对中性粒细胞有强大的趋化作用,在介导炎症反应、自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤、移植排斥反应等过程中发挥重要作用。最新报道显示在多种肝脏疾病中IL-17表达量均显著升高,并促进肝脏多种细胞分泌细胞因子从而加剧肝脏损伤。现复习近年国内外研究IL-17及其受体与肝脏疾病关系的文献,为研究肝脏疾病提供一个新的思路。
