血小板第4因子、β-血小板球蛋白在川崎病发病机制及冠状动脉损伤中的作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨血小板第4因子(PF4)和β-血小板球蛋白(β-TG)在川崎病(KD)发病机制及冠状动脉损伤(CAL)中的作用。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定33例KD患儿、24例急性感染发热患儿的血清PF4、β-TG水平,同时采用全自动血球分析仪检测WBC、PBN和PLT,观察上述指标在两组间的差别,并观察其在KD组丙种球蛋白(IVIG)静脉滴注前后以及KD合并CAL与否者(CAL亚组、non-CAL亚组)的差别。结果 KD患儿血清PF4、β-TG均高于感染对照组(P<0.05),且IVIG治疗前明显高于治疗后(P<0.01)。PF4、β-TG在CAL亚组高于non-CAL亚组(P<0.05)。结论 PF4、β-TG可能与KD发病机制及CAL有一定关系,可将PF4、β-TG作为KD的临床观察和预测CAL的指标。
