摘要
根据机械行业中制件孔或其孔上的花键和单键槽的加工过程及要求,利用废旧普通机车床改装设计了机械式拉床,不仅能使拉削加工后的制件精度达到IT7级,表面粗糙度达以上,而且能节约大量资金,提高生产率。
Based on the process demands of spline and single key groove in workpiece hole, the mechanical broacher is designed by refitting disused machines. By the broacher, the precision class of the broached workpiece can add up to IT7 and the surface - roughness is above which can economize a mount of capital and promote productivity.
