血清降钙素原和血清前清蛋白在呼吸道感染性疾病中的应用

Clinical application of serum procalcitonin and prealbumin in the diagnosis of respiratory tract infections

目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)和血清前清蛋白(PA)在呼吸道感染性疾病诊断中的临床价值。方法选取105例呼吸内科细菌感染患者为实验组,另选50例体检健康者为对照组,分别采用免疫发光法和比色法测定两组血清PCT和PA水平。结果实验组PCT水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),而PA水平低于对照组(P<0.01);实验组两项指标阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血清PCT和PA测定可作为呼吸道感染性疾病诊断和鉴别诊断的常规指标,对指导抗菌剂的合理使用、病情评估和疗效判断具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the diagnostic significance of serum proealationin （PCT） and prealbumin （PA） in patients with bacterial respiratory tract infection. Methods 105 patients from department of respiratory medicine with bacterial respiratory tract infections were enrolled as experimental group,and 50 cases of healthy controls as control group. The serum levels of PCT and PA of the two groups were detected by immunoluminescent assay and colorimetric method, respectively. Results The serum level of PCT of experimental group was significantly higer than control group（P〈0.01）, with significantly lower serem level of PA （P〈0.01） and significantly higher positive rates of serum PCT and PA （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Serum levels of PCT and PA could be used as specific indicators of bacterial respiratory tract infections, which have guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
