MicroRNAs在类风湿性疾病发病机制中的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 类风湿性疾病如骨关节炎、痛风、炎症性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）等是一类与免疫系统密切相关的疾病，他们大多数有异质性，有复杂的临床表现，患有这些疾病的患者常常会出现全身性炎症，并且在特定情况下，患者还会产生自身抗体，他们的发病机制复杂，研究者对其了解得还不多，这制约了对类风湿性疾病的诊疗。目前，这类疾病很难根治。
