MicroRNAs在类风湿性疾病发病机制中的研究进展

摘要
类风湿性疾病如骨关节炎、痛风、炎症性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)等是一类与免疫系统密切相关的疾病,他们大多数有异质性,有复杂的临床表现,患有这些疾病的患者常常会出现全身性炎症,并且在特定情况下,患者还会产生自身抗体,他们的发病机制复杂,研究者对其了解得还不多,这制约了对类风湿性疾病的诊疗。目前,这类疾病很难根治。
