糖尿病周围神经病变中西医结合诊治方案的专家咨询研究

Study on Delphi Filtering the Indexes of Questionnaire about DPN

目的:评价国内内分泌专业中西医各专家对糖尿病周围神经病变中西医结合诊治方案意见的统一性,为制订中西医结合临床路径方案提供依据和意见。方法:通过两轮德尔菲法问卷调查,利用SPSS软件,对所得数据进行统计与评价。结果:第1轮问卷回收率100%,第2轮问卷回收率96.42%;满分比达85%以上核心条目共27条,占调查的核心条目的77.14%;两轮协调系数分别为0.064和0.479,卡方检验分别为P>0.05和P<0.05;专家权威程度平均值为0.8198。结论:专家的积极性与专业水平均较高,意见可信度高,第二轮专家咨询协调性较好,结果可取。本研究诊治方案所涉及的核心条目专家意见达到了较高的统一,为确立最终的方案提供了依据。

Objective ： To evaluate the uniformity about DPN diagnosis and treatment of expert of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine. To provide basis and comments for Clinical Pathway Program. Methods ： Evaluating the core indexes of the questionnaire by two times Delphi. Evaluating the data by spss. Results ： The first round Delphi consultation tables＇ callback rate is 100%.The second round De lphi consultation tables＇ callback rate is 96.42%. There are twenty-seven indexes which full mark ratio above 85 account for 77.14%.Two round harmony modulus is 0.064 and 0.479. Ch-square test X^2 result P〉0.05 and P〈0.05. The mean of authority modulus is 0.8198. Conclusion ： The experts regard the study very much. They have quite high level on their specialty. The reliability of the experts is high, the result is credible. The second Delphi results that experts＇ ideas perfect harmony, that is say that the second Delphi results are available. The core indexes of the questionnaire about DPN diagnosis and treatment have been agreed.
