辨证分型治疗口腔扁平苔藓临床观察

Clinical Observation of Treatment of Oral Lichen Planus Based on Syndrome Differentiation

目的:探讨辨证分型治疗口腔扁平苔藓临床疗效。方法:将76例口腔扁平苔藓分为气虚血瘀型、脾虚湿阻型、湿热瘀积型,分别采用益气活血化瘀、健脾化湿祛瘀、清热燥湿行瘀加以治疗8周,并在治疗前后观察血液流变学。结果:有效率分别为87.8%、81.8%、76.9%,总有效率84.2%,血液流变学指标治疗后较治疗前有显著性改变(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证分型同病异治治疗口腔扁平苔藓有较好的临床疗效。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effective effect of the treatment of oral lichen planus （ OLP ） based on syndrome differentiation. Methods ： 76 cases of OLP were divided into three types ： syndrome of qi deficiency with blood stasis, syndrome of spleen deficiency with dampness encumbrance, syndrome of dampness-heat and stasis accumulation, Used the following therapies respectively for 8 weeks ： replenish qi and activate blood to resolve stasis, fortify the spleen to eliminate dampness and dispel stasis, clear heat to dry dampness and move stasis, we also observed the hemorheology before and after treatment. Result：The clinical effective rate were 87.8%,81.8%,76.9% respectively, total effective rate was 84.2%, comparing to pre-treatment, the data of hemorheology showing statistics differences after treatmen groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： The treatment of OLP based on syndrome differentiation makes good clinical curative effect.
