Professor DUAN has been engaged in clinical for fifty years.He has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of bi-syndrome. And it can be classified into some syndrome type, such as bi- syndrome due to wind, cold and dampness ; bi-syndrome due to dampness and heat; hi-syndrome with deficient healthy Qi ; and stubborn bi-syndrome. Professor DUAN think it is premier to remove dampness, activating meridians is the basic treatment principle when treating the bi-syndrome, and the prolonged bi- syndrome should be treated by strengthening healthy Qi to eliminate pathogenic factors. This article selects four medical records of professor DUAN for treating hi-syndrome, with certain analysis. It can provide references for the same kind of illness therapy.
