中药干预在多囊卵巢综合征患者体外受精-胚胎移植治疗中疗效评价

Effect of Invigorating Kidney and Removing Phlegm Herbs on Women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Undergoing in Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transplantation Treatment

目的:探讨应用补肾化痰中药对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗结局的影响。方法:98例行IVF-ET长方案治疗的PCOS患者,随机分为观察组(50例)和对照组(48例),观察组应用补肾化痰中药干预3个月。结果:①观察组与对照组间获卵数(17.9±10.17)vs(19.1±10.13)、卵裂率(87.32±16.75)%vs(86.68±15.96)%、移植胚胎数(2.2±0.6)vs(2.3±0.6)均无统计学差异(P>0.05);②组间HCG注射日E2值(2858.7±551.1)pg/mL vs(3577.4±799.6)pg/mL、优质胚胎率(45.02%vs 32.95%)、临床妊娠率(40.74%vs 26%)、卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)发生率(5.56%vs 12.0%)间有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:补肾化痰中药在PCOS患者IVF-ET治疗中,可改善患者的临床妊娠结局,降低OHSS发生率。

Objective ： To explore the effect of invigorating kidney and removing phlegm herbs on women with PCOS undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation （ IVF-ET ）. Methods ： Ninty-eight patients with PCOS undergoing IVF-ET were randomly assigned to two groups, the treated group （ 50 cases ） and the control group （48 cases ）, to the former, Chinese herbs was given for three months additionally. Results ： （ 1 ） The number of oocytes retrieved per cycle （ 17.9±10.17 ） vs （ 19.1±10.13 ）, the cleavagerates （ 87.32±16.75 ） % vs （ 86.68±15.96 ） % and the number of embryo transfer （ 2.2±0.6 ） vs （ 2.3±0.6 ） of the two groups did not have significant differences. （2）The clinical pregnancy rates per cycle （40.74% vs 26% ）and the high-quality embryo rates （ 45.02% vs 32.95% ）were significantly higher for patients who were treated with Chinese herbs. Furthermore, significant decrease in the incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome （OHSS）and Ez on injective HCG day were observed 5.56% vs 12.0% and （2858.7±551.1 ） pg/mL vs （ 3577.4±799.6 ） pg/mL, respectively. Conclusion ： Co-treatment with invigorating kidney and removing phlegm herbs for patients with PCOS undergoing IVF-ET cycles improves the pregnancy outcome and reduces the risk of OHSS.
