摘要
中医拔尖人才的素质特征包括:(1)哲学素质;(2)中国文化素质;(3)拙朴求实的素质;(4)感官敏锐的素质。其中前三项属于能够诱发坚定信仰中医科学的素质,坚定的信仰是成就中医拔尖人才的前提;第四项是学好中医的生理素质要求,是成就中医拔尖人才的必要条件。
Characteristics of TCM top-notch talents include such qualities as philosophical basis, traditional Chinese cultural basis, practical and unadorned basis, acute sense basis. The three in the front belong to the qualities which could strengthen the belief of TCM. This belief is a premise to be a top-notch talent of TCM. The latter is a physiological request which is a necessary condition.
