摘要
近年来,我国在节能减排工作中取得了很大的成就,但与国家可持续发展的战略目标相比还有较大的差距。其中节能服务产业的发展更是受到多方面因素的影响。文章阐述了影响提升节能服务产业核心竞争力的因素并进行原因分析,研究该产业发展的有效驱动力,设计驱动产业资源优化整合健康发展的驱动模式——Super EMCo,以此提升产业的核心竞争力,对于有效推进我国节能服务产业的大力发展,实现节能减排目标具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
China has made achievements recently in energy conservation and emission reduction,but there is a gap against the strategy of sustainable development.The development of energy conservation service industry is limited by many factors.This paper analyzes the factors of core competitiveness of energy conservation service industry,studies the effective drives,sets up the driving mode of boosting industrial resources optimization,Super EMCo,which is of significance in theoretical values and practice in energy conservation service industry and emission reduction.
