摘要
目的:采用均匀设计法确定山茱萸显微常数测定的实验条件,对不同产地、不同等级的山茱萸进行显微特征常数的测定。方法:采用容量分析法对山茱萸进行显微特征常数值的测定。结果:完成了9个样品的显微特征常数的测定工作,并对山茱萸中化学成分与显微特征常数进行了相关性研究。结论:采用均匀设计法优化出的实验条件是科学合理的,不同产地不同规格的山茱萸显微特征常数有差别。
Objective: Choosing experimental conditions of the determination of microscopic characteristic constants of Fructus Corni by homogeneous experimental design and measuring the microscopic characteristic constants of Fructns Corni from different areas and classes. Methods : Volume analysis is used to determine the microscopic characteristic constants of Fructus Corni. Results : The determinations of the microscopic characteristic constants of 8 samples and the study of correlation of the chemical component and the microscopic characteristic constants of Fructus Corni are completed. Conclutions:It is scientific and reasonable using the homogeneous experimental design to choose the experimental conditions and the microscopic characteristic constants of different areas and classes are of difference.
