益气养阴活血法辅以中医养生指导对慢性心衰治疗作用观察

Observing Therapeutic Effects of Chronic Heart Failure by Mothed of Benefiting Vital Energy Nourishing Yin Activating Blood Circulation Assisted by TCM Health Preserving Director

目的与方法:对30例慢性心衰患者在益气养阴活血治疗方法基础上,配合中医养生指导,观察临床疗效。结果:显效16例(53.33%),有效10例(33.33%),无效4例,总有效率为86.67%。结论:气阴两虚是心衰的基本病机,益气养阴活血法为主治疗慢性心力衰竭具有较好的临床疗效,辅以中医养生指导,让慢性心衰的治护工作更能体现现代医学模式(生物—心理—社会医学模式)和新的防病治病观念。二者配合相得益彰。

Objective and Method ： Obey the method of invigorating qi and nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation on treating 30 chronic heart failure potions and coordinating with yangsheng of tranditional Chinese medicine to observe clinical effect. Result ： 16 potions have been proved significant （ 53.33% ） and 10 potions have been proved effectual （ 33.33% ）, but 10 potions have been proved ineffective, the total effective rate is 86.67%. Conclusion ： Deficiency of both qi and yin is the based pathogenetic mechanism of treating chronic heart failure, as the main tremens, invigorating qi and nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation has clinical effect and assisted better by TCM health preserving director can make treatment and nursing of chronic heart failure. It can embody the notion of the modem medical model （ bio-psycho-social model ） and new prevent and treat patients better. If they coordinate with each other, it can make better results.
