The Design For Regional Tour Route of "Yi-Jing-Jing" And the Plan For Forging Ahead In Depth

旅游线路作为重要的旅游产品,是区域旅游联合发展的重要纽带,形成的线性连续空间有机组合了区域内各旅游要素。"宜荆荆"作为新兴的城市群,旅游线路合作实践、设计开发等层面尚未进入深度发展阶段,开发管理体制不完善,交通等基础设施体系组合状况欠佳,旅游线路单一、产品开发不足。鉴于此,政府要整合行政资源,创新旅游线路管理体制;建立多元化的投融资体系,加强三地交通与景区建设;立足区域内外线路的联网,建设"大区域"旅游圈;打造"宜荆荆"精品旅游线路。

The tour route,an important byproduct of the tourism industry,is an essential connecting tie during the cooperative development of regional tourism industry,which forms a continuous linear geographical space in which all the tourist elements may be successfully linked to each other.However,in the newly-developed urban agglomeration called ＂Yi-Jing-Jing＂,the cooperation in exploiting and designing of tour routes has not been fully conducted,the managing and developing system has not been well established,the infrastructural facilities including traffic facility have not been successfully integrated.Besides,its tour route still remains on a singular route and its tourist byproducts still need to be further developed.In view of this,it is proposed that the local governments should integrate the administrative resources,make innovations in the management of the tour routes,establish a diversified investing and financing systems,strengthen the construction of traffic facilities and scenic spots and develop a network by connecting the tour routes in this region with those outside this region so as to set up a ＂big circle of regional tourism＂ and forge the ＂Yi-Jing-Jing＂ tour route into a high-quality tour route.
