熔盐法制备PMN-PT陶瓷的烧结条件对其显微结构和介电性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of sintering condition on microstructure and dielectric property of 0.8PMN 0.2PT ceramics by molten salt synthesis

摘要 采用 Na Cl K Cl熔盐法制备了单一钙钛矿相结构的 08 P M N02 P T 陶瓷样品,研究了烧结温度和烧结时间对其显微结构和介电性能的影响.结果表明,烧结温度对陶瓷的显微结构和介电性能影响非常显著, 其最佳烧结温度、时间分别为1 200℃,30 m in. The single phase, pure perovskite 0.8PMN 0.2PT ceramic are prepared by molten salt synthesis using mixtures of NaCl and KCl salt. The influence of sintering temperature and sintering time on microstructure and dielectric properties are studied. The results indicate that the influences of sintering condition on microstructure and dielectric property of 0.8PMN 0.2PT ceramic are remarkable, the optimum sintering temperature and sintering time are 1 200 ℃ and 30 min.
