摘要
2008年5月10至5月19日,湖北省文物考古研究所会同荆门市博物馆、京山博物馆对京山县坪坝镇苏家垄墓地进行了实地踏勘和抢救性发掘,清理残墓一座,出土西周末至春秋初年的曾国青铜器和陶器9件。此墓的发掘更进一步证明了1966年7月出土97件曾国青铜器的地点为墓葬。
This tomb was excavated by Hubei Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology,together with Jingmen Municipal Museum and Jingshan County Museum,from May 10 to 19 in 2008.A total of 9 pieces of the Zeng State＇s bronzes and potteries were recovered and dated to the period from the end of Western Zhou to the beginning of Spring and Autumn Period.These materials confirm that the group of 97 bronzes belonging to the Zeng State recovered in July 1966 should have come from a single tomb like such.
