摘要
采用X射线荧光、热膨胀等分析手段,对比研究了安阳殷墟遗址出土的陶水管及普通陶器的制作工艺。分析结果显示,陶水管具有明显不同于普通陶器的化学组成、更高的烧成温度和更好的物理性能,据此推测安阳殷墟遗址出土的陶水管在原料选择上更为精细,在烧制工艺上也更先进,从而得以满足陶水管作为地下排水设施的高性能要求。
Using the technology of XRF,DIL,etc,some comparative tests on the technics of "ceramic water pipes" and ordinary potteries excavated from Yinxu Site of the Shang Dynasty were conducted.The results show that ceramic water pipes have different ingredient,higher firing temperature and better quality,so it is concluded that the choice of minerals and producing technics of ceramic water pipes are better than those of ordinary potteries.
