The extraction is made of leonurine from leonurus hetrophyllus by the different intensity ultrasonic wave, and the relation between ultrasonic intensity and extract rate of creature leonurine is explored systematically. The result of experiment shows that the ultrasonic extraction is better than the traditional method, because no heating is necessary and it's average extraction rate is also higher than the traditional method. Of course, the extraction rate is the highest for forty minutesextraction and at 0.5 w/cm 2 (ultrasonic intensity).
