个性化健康教育对人工流产术后避孕方式的影响

Influence of individualized health education on contraception mode for female after accepting artificial abortion

[目的]探讨人工流产手术后实施个性化健康教育对避孕方式的影响。[方法]将500例育龄妇女随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,干预组实施个性化健康教育与避孕指导等。[结果]实施干预后,干预组的避孕率(80.4%)高于对照组避孕率(46.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对育龄妇女实施个性化健康教育指导,可使其主动、有效地采取安全的避孕方式,提高避孕成功率,减少重复流产的发生。

Objective：To probe into the influence of carrying out individulized health education for contraception mode of female after accepting artificial abortion.Method：A total of 500 female of childbearing age were randomly divided into test and control group.Female of control group was given conventional care.And female of test group were carried out individualized health education and contraception guidance and so on.Results：After carrying out the intervention,the contraceptive rate of test group female was 80.4% and was higher than those in control group of 46.0%.There was statistical significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：To carry out individualized health education guidance for female of childbearing age can let them take active,effective,and safe contraception mode.It could enhance the success rate of contraception and reduce repeated abortion from happenning.
