摘要
选用β环糊精与戊二醛缩合成的β环糊精聚合物(β C D P)为主体,电媒介体 1,1'二甲基二茂铁为客体,形成稳定的主客体包络物.用牛血清白蛋白戊二醛交联法,把葡萄糖氧化酶和主客体包络物固定到电极上,成功地制成了葡萄糖生物传感器.该传感器具有稳定性高、选择性好和较长的使用寿命等优点,线性响应范围为0.01~18m m ol/ L.
A new membrane material for glucose biosensor, based on immobilization of glucose oxidase(GOD) in host guest inclusion complex followed by an enzyme crosslinking through bovine serum albumin and glutaraldehyde is investigated. Through molecular recoginition reaction the electron mediator 1,1' dimethylferrocene (Guest) micro encapsulated in the β cyclodextrin polymers ( β CDP)(Host). The performance of the biosensor is also described, which has high stability and longer life period. The linear response of the biosensor ranges from 0.01 mmol/L to 18 mmol/L.
