中国2种伞滑刃属线虫记述(线虫门:寄生滑刃科)

Two species nematodes of the genus Bursa phelenchus in China(Nematoda:Parasitaphelenchidae)

运用线虫比较形态学和rDNA-ITS-RFLP及rDNA-ITS序列分析技术,对采自广东省的伞滑刃线虫进行鉴定。在广东番禺小叶榕(Ficus microcarpa)的栽培介质中和东莞木包装上分别发现了食菌伞滑刃线虫(Bursaphelenchus fungivorus)和豆伞滑刃线虫(B.doui),其中食菌伞滑刃线虫是中国的新记录种,豆伞滑刃线虫是中国大陆的新记录种。

Nematodes of the genus Bursaphelenchus collected from Guangdong Province were identified by using morphology, rDNA-ITS-RFLP and rDNA-ITS-PCR-sequencing. B. fungivorus and B. doui were isolated from a growing substrate for Ficus microcarpa in Panyu and wood packaging material in Dongguan respectively. B. fungivorus was a new geographic record species in China, and B. doui was a new geographic record species in Chinese Mainland.
