摘要
本文运用博弈论和信息经济学理论研究在人员素质测评中,由于非对称信息的存在而出现的伪装现象及如何建立一种防范机制,使人员在素质测评中能够真实地展现自己的素质水平。
Game theory and the theory of information economics are used to study the cheat phenomenon caused by asymmetric information in human quality evaluation. Moreover, they are also applied to construct prevention system which can make the men who accept the evaluation reveal his real quality and avoid the loss caused by paying high salary to the one with poor quality.
