摘要
继电保护装置的运行可靠性对电力系统有重要影响,在检修管理中应将一次设备及其保护作为统一整体来考虑。提出基于一次设备和保护协同检修的一次设备最佳消缺期限的计算模型。分析一次设备和保护的协同检修安排;建立了基于协同检修的单一保护系统的状态空间模型,提出系统的可靠性经济分析法。在协同检修的状态空间模型下,算例应用可靠性经济分析法分别计算以年均经济损失最小及可靠性经济最优为目标的变压器最佳消缺期限,结果表明所提出的计算模型能为检修工作节省大量人力、物力和财力,并且提高设备的可用率和供电可靠性。
The reliable operation of relay protection device is significant for the power system. During maintenance management,we should treat primary equipments and their protective relays as a whole. This paper proposes an optimum defect remove period calculating model based on the joint maintenance of primary equipments with their relays. It analyzes the arrangement of the joint maintenance of the primary equipments and their relays;builds the state space model of the system with single protection based on the joint maintenance;proposes the reliability economic analysis method for the system. Using the proposed model a case study calculates the optimum defect remove period of a transformer,which is based on the objective of minimum annual economic loss and optimum reliability economy. The proposed model can help saving a lot of manpower,material and financial resources,as well as improving equipments' availability and reliability.
