摘要
由于电流互感器拐点电压不断升高,常规的电流互感器特性试验方法难以满足试验要求。研制了一台互感器综合特性测试仪样机,其基于低频电源法,并采用低频补偿算法,能够在较低电压下完成试验,扩大了仪器的适应性和测量能力,有效减轻工作强度,提高试验效率。样机采用了SPWM、功率因数补偿(PFC)、软开关等先进技术,功能完善,综合性能优异。对样机的软件、硬件原理和功能进行了阐述,并经过相应的性能测试和比对验证试验,样机的总体性能达到应用要求。
With the increase of current transformer knee point voltage,conventional CT characteristic test method can not meet the requirements. A prototype of transformer comprehensive characteristic test device based on low frequency source and low frequency compensation algorithm is developed. When using this device,it is possible to complete testing at lower voltage,so the flexibility and measurement capability are improved,the test intensity is effectively reduced and the efficiency is enhanced at the same time. The comprehensive performance of this test device is excellent,as a result of adopting SPWM,power factor correction(PFC) ,soft-switching and other advanced technologies. The principles and functions of its hardware and software are described,and the following performance and comparison test indicate that the performance of this tester basically can meet the application requirements.
