摘要
电力系统中,电网是连接电源和用户的电力输送载体,属于输送和分配电能的中间环节,是促进低碳经济发展的"有形之手",在低碳经济的发展中具有至关重要的作用。在分析中国低碳经济与电网发展现状的基础上,阐述了低碳经济对电力行业发电侧、用电侧及电网本身的影响,并提出了低碳经济环境下电网发展的一些对策。
As a power transmission carrier for power and users,power grid is a visible hand and plays a critical role to promote low carbon economic development,which is an intermediate link of transmission and distribution power.By analyzing the status of lowcarbon economy and grid development in China,this paper describes the impact of low-carbon economy on power industry and power grid itself,some countermeasures are proposed for the development of power grid under low carbon economy.
