摘要
变压器油箱表面的振动主要是由变压器绕组及铁心振动引起的,通过测量油箱表面的振动信号可以反映绕组及铁心的振动情况,从而判断其绝缘状况。根据变压器的结构,通过理论分析和试验研究了变压器绕组及铁心振动信号的特点,探索出了一些能判断绕组和铁心压紧状态的方法,同时提出了在非空载条件下提取铁心振动信号的方法,解决了绕组发生轻微变形时难以测量的问题。
The vibration at the surface of transformer oil tank is mainly resulted from the vibration of transformer winding iron core. The vibration signal measured from the surface of oil tank can reflect the vibration in winding and iron core,therefore the insulation can be estimated.In accordance with the structure of transformer,the characters of transformer winding iron core vibration signal are studied through theoretical analysis and test,the method to judge winding iron core compaction state is explored.The method to extract iron core vibration signal under no-load condition is proposed.The deformation can be measured in case of light winding deformation.
