摘要 应用微乳液反应法合成水合 Ti O2 ,经煅烧获得纳米 Ti O2 粒子.采用 T E M 、 X R D、 B E T 比表面积测试等手段对粒子进行表征.结果表明,经650 ℃煅烧后粒子为锐钛矿型,平均晶粒尺寸为24.6 nm ,比表面积为53.8 m 2 /g,经1000 ℃煅烧后粒子为金红石型,平均晶粒尺寸为53.5 nm ,比表面积为20.3 m 2 /g.考察 Ti O2 粒子晶型对光催化降解苯酚溶液活性的影响,结果表明锐钛矿型纳米 Ti O2 The precursor of nanometer TiO 2 particles, titanium hydroxides, were synthesized in nonionic water in oil microemulsions. The hydroxide particles were calcined at 650℃ and 1000℃ to form TiO 2 particles. The structure of the particles was characterized by XRD,TEM,BET surface area experiments. It was found that the samples calcined at 650℃ were anatase phase, and the average grain size and BET specific surface area were 24.6 nm and 53.8 m 2/g respectively, and the samples calcined at 1000℃ were rutile phase, and the average grain size and BET specific surface area were 53.5 nm and 20.3 m 2/g respectively. The photocatalytic degradation of phenol in aerated solution with suspensions of the as prepared and commercial titania particles were investigated. The photoactivity of nanometer anatase TiO 2 particles is higher than that of commercial particles and that of rutile particles as well.
